Starting a new project is exciting, but before before we start construction, Farland Corporation, Inc. (FC) must clear and grub a site. Clearing and grubbing consists of the removal of trees, vegetation and debris in the areas of a development site. During the clearing and grubbing phase, underground and overhead utilities must be located to prevent any damage. Clearing and grubbing exposes the area to erosion, therefore, erosion control measures should be installed to the project limits after this phase.
